Shipping policy


Order Processing and Shipping Times:

  • Order Processing: Orders placed on our website are typically processed within 2-5 business days. Orders received on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
  • Shipping Times: Once your order is processed, estimated shipping times will be provided. Note that currently all products have a 60-day lead time. 

Shipping Costs:

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on the shipping option selected and the destination of the order.
  • Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or other fees required by the destination country’s regulations.

Free on Board (FOB) Shipping Terms:

All orders are shipped under Free on Board (FOB) terms. This means that once your order leaves our shipping facility, you assume responsibility for the goods in transit. Please reach out to us for insurance options if needed.

Order Tracking:

Upon dispatch, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to become available.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes:

  • International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and other fees as per the regulations of the destination country.
  • AMBOTS does not cover these charges. It is the responsibility of the customer to pay any applicable customs fees or duties.

Lost or Damaged Items:

If your order is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us immediately with your order and tracking details. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and provide support on a case-by-case basis.
